  1. Hold out one hand, fingers spread wide
  2. With the index finger of your other hand, trace up your thumb as you breathe in
  3. Trace down your thumb as you breathe out
  4. Continue tracing up and down each finger
  5. By the time you finish tracing your pinky finger, you'll feel calmer!

Balloon Breathing

  • • Place your hands on your tummy
  • • Breathe in slowly through your nose, feeling your belly expand like a balloon
