Ingredients

  • 200g plain flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100ml milk

For the Coating and Decoration

  • 200g white or milk chocolate (melted)
  • Festive sprinkles or decorations
  • Lollipop sticks or wooden sticks

How to Prepare

Make the Mixture: Mix cake crumbs with frosting until it holds together.

Crumble the Cake: Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs.

Tips:

  1. If the cake pop mixture is too dry, add a bit more frosting until it holds together.
  2. Use a block of Styrofoam to hold the sticks while the cake pops set.
